The Congress seems to be on the back foot following the central government’s strictness in the toolkit case. The Congress has withdrawn itself from the investigation against the BJP leaders in the case. Congress leader Rajiv Gowda shared a letter, tweeting that Delhi Police has failed to register an FIR based on our complaint. We are parties to the FIR lodged in Chhattisgarh and are pursuing the case there. By continuing its investigation, the Delhi Police is violating the law and the decisions of the Supreme Court.
