A Chinese infiltrator who was trying to enter India illegally through Bangladesh border was caught by the Indian Border Security Force on Thursday. Han Junwe, a Chinese national caught by the BSF on the Bangladesh border, used to run a hotel and resort in Gurugram. Actually Han Junwe was living in DLF Phase 3 area of Gurugram for the last several years. It was here that he used to rent properties and then run hotels in them. He took one such property on lease in T Block of DLF Phase 3 for 10 years in the year 2019 and then started running the hotel in the name of Star Spring Hotel & Resort.

Han Junwe had taken this property on lease from the son of Jaiveer Lohia, a resident of DLF Phase 3 and also paid its rent on time for about one and a half years. But after the lockdown, Han Junwe stopped paying the rent. The owner of the property, Parul Lohia, told that he rented his property only under a registered agreement with Han Junwe. At that time, Han Junwe had also written his Aadhaar card number in the agreement.

In January, UP ATS raided his property and arrested Han Junwe’s accomplice with suspicious documents. During this, UP ATS also questioned the owner of the property, Parul Lohia, but no involvement was found in his case. Parul told that Han Junwe went to China in December 2020, a month before the UP ATS raided here and told us that he is going to China and will come back after a few days. The rent will be paid by his accountant.

When we came to know that people are involved in activities against the country of India, we canceled the lease by giving notice to them. After this we took our property over our hands. Parul said that yesterday also when Han Junwe was arrested, he got a call from BSF and we said that whatever help you need from us, we are ready to help you.
