As per payroll data 31,826 new customers have been added in February, 2022 as compared to the previous month of January, 2022. As per the year-on-year details, a total of 1,74,314 new customers were added during February 2022 as compared to February 2021. There has been a steady increase in the number of new customers since October 2021. According to payroll data, the age-group of 22-25 years added 3.70 lakh new customers during February 2022, followed by the age group of 29-35 with 2.98 new customers. – Second place in the class.
The number of new customers in the age-group of 18-25 years is 45 percent of the total customers created during the month. This shows that many people seeking employment in the organized sector workforce are joining in large numbers for the first time. State-wise data of payroll data shows establishments of the states of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Haryana, Gujarat and Delhi for the month. During the month of February, about 9.52 lakh new customers were added, which is about 67.49 percent of the total new payrolls across all age groups. Around 3.10 lakh new women payrolls were added during the month of February.

The share of female enrollment during February, 2022 is about 21.95 percent of the total subscriber base, which is an increase of 22,402 in the previous month of January, 2022. According to the National Statistics Office, 1.49 crore new members have been added in the financial year 2018-19, 1.51 crore in the financial year 2019-20 and 1.15 crore in the financial year 2020-21.
