The petition to stop the ‘Central Vista Project’ has been rejected by the Delhi High Court, the court has also imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh on the petitioner, the court said, a bench of Chief Justice DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh ruled that this national It is a compulsory project of importance, there is no justification for stopping the construction work. The court further said that the petition is not a genuine public interest litigation petition but an “inspired”, hence a penalty of one lakh was also imposed on the petitioner.
